Thomas A. Johnson Furniture Company Inc is a little known secret in downtown Lynchburg. It adds to the charm of our region with locally handmade custom wood furnishings; including cabinetry, furniture, flooring, baseboards, wainscoting, doors, framing, and one-of-a-kind items for interior designers and architects. We have a green initiative, which encourages us to recycle old wood, replaine it, and then rebuild it into new fine furniture with an antique flare. Our business started in 1996 in Lynchburg, VA and with hard work and God's blessing we expanded in 2001 into a large historic tobacco warehouse along the James River. Currently, we are branching into production work for large furniture companies, and luxury loft apartments, and we have started our own historic furniture retail company.
